* 1/3 cup Honey
* 4 tbsp Orange Juice
* 2 tbsp + 1tsp Lemon Juice
* 2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
* 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
* 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
* 1 tbsp Applesauce
* 1/2 cup Dark Corn Syrup
* 2 Egg Whites
* 1 cup Oat Bran
* Each provides: 44g carbo, 1g fat, 4g protein and 191 calories
