Day 3 of 7
Today is all fruits and all veggies and soup
. No baked potato. (Last night's was delish, BTW.) Yesterday went well but I was starving when I got home from yoga class and the potato wasn't done cooking yet and waiting for it to finish was just torture.
I'm still at 155 lbs but am determined to keep going. I know today and tomorrow will be rough. I sort of "cheated" on Day 1 and Day 2 in that I slept really late so that I really only had a short amount of "day" to deal with. Today I'm at work until 5 pm. I'm hoping to keep it together with everything I brought in. It took TWO lunch bags!
Day 6 of 7
Today is all the beef, veggies, and soup I can eat. Yay.
This week, one of the biggest results of this diet has been my lack of sharpness. I am dull and I am preoccupied with what I'm eating next. Luckily, this is a light week at work so it's ok that I'm not on top of my game. But even in conversations with my partner, I'm slow
, I forget what I was going to say next, and I'm cranky. This is no fun and I'm truly glad this will be over in less than 38 hours. Ugh.
